Shooters Ridge is making a new line of 10/22 custom stocks and LR target barrels available in spring 2008.
These new thumbhole stocks are constructed from glass-filled polypropylene and offered in four patterns (black, carbon fiber, Realtree Hardwoods HD and Wild Web).
Stocks are available in .920 and factory tapered barrel configurations (MSRP: $145 – $217).
“In addition to our new stocks,” stated Tom Knudtson, Product Line Manager, “we also enable shooters to trick out their 10/22 with 18″ target barrels from Shooters Ridge. When paired, you get a custom rifle that looks great and shoots even better. These new stocks and barrels-along with a new 30 round LR magazine-are a natural extension to our popular line of 10/22 products and let shooters of all ages maximize their traditional 10/22.”
Available in either stainless steel or blued, these new .920 10/22 LR target barrels feature Bentz Match Chambers, hydraulic carbide button pulled rifling and 1:16 right-hand twist and are capable of achieving 1/2″ MOA groups at 50 yards (with match grade rimfire ammunition).
Each target barrel is 18″ long and features recessed target crowns with 45° break for consistent bullet release and downrange accuracy. Piloted machined feed ramps ensure consistent feeding.
