NSSF Hosts Free ATF Seminars

LAS VEGAS-- The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) is offering six ATF-compliance and information seminars for retailers on Thursday, January 21, 2010, at the Sands Expo & Convention Center as part of the 2010 Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor, Trade Show and Conference in Las Vegas.

TEN MOST HIGHLY CITED VIOLATIONS

ATF will reveal the 10 most common violations found in ATF Inspections and provide insight into what you can do to avoid these types of violations.

NICS & YOU

This 45-minute session will provide you with an overview and update that will benefit both you and your customers when you contact NICS to complete a background check.

WHAT’S NEW AT ATF

ATF has added many new items and updated several publications that assist licensees.

ATF INSPECTION FINDINGS

This seminar will provide the FFL-holder with insight into ATF’s findings, including how licensees have improved in specific areas of an inspection.

SAFEGUARDING YOUR BUSINESS FROM NATURAL DISASTERS & THEFTS
