The crane-to-frame lock up on the 637-2 was tight. Note the under-barrel lug holds a ball detent (arrow) that locks the front of the cylinder.
The ejector started empties out of the chamber, but it took gravity to completely remove them. Crane and frame mating was tight. The cylinder rotated counter clockwise.
In hand, the 637-2 offers a good grip. We needed to curl a finger under the butt for most comfort.
