The decocker on our TDA Smith & Wesson also functioned as a safety when left in the down position. The CS45 came with windage-adjustable Novak sights
The rubber Hogue grip did an excellent job of absorbing recoil and keeping the gun firmly planted in the shooter's hand. The magazine well was effectively beveled to help loading the narrow single-column magazines.
