Each pistol featured funnel-like molding to speed reloads, but the magazine well of the XD Tactical pistol (right) had more material at the edges that begs to blend with a custom magazine guide.
The XD Tactical pistol utilizes a full length guide rod and dovetailed front sight. The front sight is easy to change according to the shooter's preference, and we think a heavier tungsten guide rod to fight recoil will be available sooner or later.
