The M.O. A. did not arrive with an owner's manual, but an alternate forend was supplied.
Pushing the handguard forward drops the falling block, exposing the chamber. This mechanism froze shut after approximately 60 shots.
The conical shaped button on the right side of the frame slides up and down, locating the firing pin transfer assembly. This is the only form of mechanical safety on the M.O.A.
