The 4046 DAO lacks a decocker lever, but the superb detail of the Gould and Goodrich model 810 holster shows where it would be located.
Right: Our only malfunction occurred when we inadvertently let the slide touch our sandbag support. But to make sure this gun was fully functional we'd replace the recoil spring as well as the magazine springs, and maybe even the magazine followers.
