A heavier mainspring, which translates into a heavier trigger pull, is likely related to the needs of the cartridge for reliable ignition and the physics of moving the heavier cartridge.
A moonclip gun is only as good as the quality and condition of its clips. We found that of the five supplied clips, one of them would not securely hold all eight rounds.
The cylinder of the Raging Thirty is approximately 0.02 inch shorter to make room for moonclips.
