Para Ordnance 7.45 LDA .45 ACP

Read Gun Tests Rating and Recommendation

We think the addition of the LDA trigger to standard 1911 design works very well here. It is our opinion that the Para Ordnance 7.45 LDA is a very good choice for those who wish to transition from a revolver to the higher-capacity and easier concealment of a pistol or, from a Traditional Double Action pistol to a simpler system of fire.

The oval shape of grip made this gun easy to hold.
Unlike on the true 1911-style design, the Para's LDA transfer bar can be damaged if the hammer is cocked back before racking the slide. But since the trigger is "light double action," there's no need to cock it.
