The Makarov pistol dates back to the early 1950s. At one time it was the standard pistol for both the Soviet forces and the Warsaw Pact countries.
Our Bulgarian Makarov threw off the safety lever on its first shot. We were able to reinstall the lever (shown), but for safety reasons, we don't test guns which lose parts.
