Ruger P93DAO 9mm

Read Gun Tests Rating and Recommendation

Our recommendation: The KP93DAO was accurate enough, honest and dependable. However, it's not a surefire buy in our eyes because there’s not a defined trigger release point.

If you are particularly good with a revolver or can shoot this pistol enough, you should be able to match the accuracy results we saw.
The front sight is held in place with two pins and sports a white dot to match with the rear sight, whose wide notch is surrounded by two smaller white dots.
To release the magazine, the shooter must push forward on levers located at the junction of the frontstrap and trigger guard. But they are ambidextrous and can be operated by the thumb or trigger finger.
The long search for the trigger break contributes to finger discomfort on the trigger shoe, and we'd like the trigger to be radiused instead on square on the edges.
