Gun Report

Rossi Model R46202 .357 Mag.

Read Gun Tests Rating and Recommendation

Though it looked as shiny as nickel plate, the Rossi was highly polished stainless steel. We found it to be not as slick as the Taurus in any of its operations. We didnít like these grips nearly as well, either. The high cut let the trigger guard bang the second finger.

The mirror polish on the gun is evident here. It makes the gun look bigger. Except for the sticky pin, workmanship was pretty good all over. The Rossiís DA pull was very heavy, and we thought it hindered the usefulness of this gun. Compared to the slick DA of the Taurus, it was as night to day.
