Engraving on the receiver featured pheasants on the left side and ducks on the right. The slide release located just rear of the trigger was easy to operate.
The magazine cutoff switch rotated left and right to allow rounds to be pulled from the magazine or fed manually one at a time. The bottom of the fore end was relieved to clear the ejection port. It also played a part in reducing length of pull and served to enhance leverage when working the slide.
