The Akdal malfunctions were mostly failures to eject.
Look familiar? It should -- the AR-styled Akdal carries over a lot of the look, feel, and control placement of the AR-15. It was light, too.
Looks very odd to have a 12-gauge dummy shotshell pushed into an AR-style magazine, but that is what you get with the Akdal MKA 1919 -- a big cartridge where you least expect it.
