The Beretta ARX 100 may be the Ferrari of Italian rifles. It is accurate, reliable, and more ambidextrous than any rifle we have tested. But it is pricey, and in the end the performance is not greater than the Colt AR-15. In fact, it was less accurate and came with a hard trigger.

Here, the ejection port is open on each side of the Beretta.
The raterís finger is on the bolt lock, and just above is the magazine release.
Most magazines worked fine in the Beretta, but check yours to make sure they do.
This is the lower magazine release, located in the bottom of the trigger guard.
The raters found the Beretta ergonomic and quickly acclimated to its handling. The Beretta ARX 100 represents research and development done correctly.
