GUN TESTS GRADE: D
The Pitbull had a good finish and functioned as expected but the barrel was not fully seated. This big miss in Charter Armsí quality-control process pushed this gunís grade way down.

The Pitbullís sight picture was large and easy to acquire.
The 45 ACP cases are shorter and were more easily ejected from the Pitbull.
The ejector has a built-in spring-loaded plunger, so no moon clips are required to shoot 45 ACPs.
Note the barrel is off center (arrow). Shouldnít have left the factory in this condition. It made shooting cockeyed.
