The team was less than enthusiastic about the plain sights riding above the barrel. They were all black with no dots and were clearly set up for daylight precision more than low-light speed. The sights showed up well on lighter backgrounds, but would be be difficult to resolve in low light. They sights clearly impacted the accuracy results in an indoor range.
The P210 Legend has been available in the U.S. as recently as 2014, but it is not currently in the SIG catalog. Therefore, our sample was a used gun.
The P210’s Nitron coating on top of forged carbon steel has held up and extremely well. The slide moved very smoothly, to the point that our tester with the smallest and weakest hands said the slide was easy to rack.
