Savage Arms Model 12 jeweled bolt in stock

Heavy and well made, the jeweled bolt of our Savage Model 12 LRP fit into a precise barreled action mounted in a vise-like stock. Solid.

Savage Arms Model 12 pistol grip and palm swell

Addressed from either side, the shape of the pistol grip and palm swell made our hands feel right at home. This helps the shooter by removing all unnecessary tension from the grip. The Model 12 LRP version of Savageís Accu-trigger was a treat.

Savage Arms Model 12 detachable magazine

The three-round detachable magazine supplied for the 6.5 Creedmoor was heavy and robust sheet metal. We only wished for more rounds.

Savage Arms Model 12 tang safety

The stock was not adjustable, but it did offer what a shooter really needs at the grip. The thumb-operated three-position tang safety added to the 12ís ambidextrous capability.
