My PM40 required no break in fed a diet of factory and hand loads - recoil a bit snappy - still gets its range time. Also Sig fan. 1911 and Polymer framed .40. Can now retire the S

The only Kahr pistol I own is a PM9 that I use as a back-up piece to whatever full size pistol that might be riding on my right hip. The PM9 is a quality piece that did, however, require a break-in period of a couple hundred rounds. If I was to judge the potential of these two items, in this article, based on my PM9, I'd likely say that they will be fairly good pieces for the price. Now, with that said, as many are aware, I am a loyal fan of SIG Sauer pistols, and I am not likely to be enticed into one of these Kahrs as a replacement.
