San Bernardino, Calif. – Makers of the highly popular GunVault Bio have expanded the line to include a new series of full-size safes with integrated biometric fingerprint recognition technology. The full-size GunVault Bio safes allow owners to safely store firearms and valuables in their home or office and instantly access them even in total darkness with the conveniently located No Eyes keypad and single fingerprint recognition groove.

The programmable biometric scanner technology utilizes a high-performance algorithm to achieve quick identification of enrolled fingerprints while maintaining a very low False Reject Rate (FRR). The self-learning algorithm of the GunVault Bio adds new minutiae to the fingerprint templates each time a user touches the sensor. The system can handle up to thirty fingerprint templates.

The new full-size GunVault Bio safes feature quality, rock solid construction with a ¾” composite door, UL rated fire materials, durable matte black paint, high-strength lock mechanisms and upholstered shelving. Additional security elements include four 1-inch locking bolts, precise fittings that are virtually impossible to pry open, tamper indicator alert and auto low battery warning.

The series offers many customizable options including a power connection jack for external power supply, predrilled humidifier hole and 4 door-panel handgun holsters. Full- size GunVault Bio safes also feature the Tru Rack rifle storage system. This new rack offers a barrel down or barrel up gun storage interior, allowing the owner to use every slot in the rack.
