At the business end, the belled barrel mates up to the muzzle bushing. There was no wiggle.
The front grip strap and trigger guard had a coarse checkering that gave the user a better grip on the 1076 while still being comfortable during recoil.
Plenty of beavertail protects the shooter’s hand. The bobbed hammer makes the 1076 snag free. The 1076 is a large, heavy pistol, yet is similar in size to a Commander 1911.
