One of the things we noticed about the Sport was the smoothness of its bolt operation. The Benelli can shoot everything from 3-dram 1 1/8-ounce target loads up to 3-inch magnums, a top-end capability the Remington lacks.
The interchangeable ribs slip on and off the barrel easily. Grooves on the bottom of the rib (top arrow) fit brackets on the barrel (bottom arrow).
The chokes are checkered and extended past the muzzle for easier removal.
