You Cannot Make This Stuff Up

OMG, the things that are going on in and around the gun world these days. Some of it is quite hilarious, and some of it is deadly serious. In both cases, the items below are so weird, I could not make this stuff up if I had to.

Dang It. I Only Have $17,999.98!

The Vault III is a limited and carefully curated collection of weaponry produced by Big Daddy Unlimited in conjunction with Taran Tactical Innovations (TTI) and is intended for the John Wick super-fan. The collection is four fully functional firearms patterned after the guns that were used in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. They are an STI 2011 Combat Master, a TTI Glock 34 Combat Master, a TTI Ultimate MPX, and a TTI Ultimate Benelli 3Gun. The vault also includes a trio of 24-karat-gold-plated “Continental Coins” as well as a “used” Number 2 pencil. According to the listing at BigDaddyUnlimited.com, “The Vault III collection is presented in a handcrafted trunk made from solid red oak. It features brass hardware and includes custom foam inserts made by Carolina Custom foam.” But here’s the closer: “Each of these guns can be used right out of the case in steel challenges or 3-gun matches.” Price: $17,999.99.

Of Course She Does.

If you want a look into the kook-left anti-gun world, check out a USAToday.com article by Peter Funt on April 26. The headline: “Kamala Harris owns a handgun. That’s disqualifying for a 2020 Democrat in my book.” The subhead: “Harris, a former DA, apparently thinks it’s fine to own a handgun for personal safety. That’s a position held by the NRA, not progressive Democrats.” Hahahahaha.

That’s Not What I’d Call Him.

A tweet from NBC-TV in New York City (@NBCNewYork): “Police say a New Jersey man fought off an unwanted house visitor by using the suspect’s own gun, ultimately killing him.” I guess the shot itself could be called sudden lead poisoning.

Arms Treaty is ‘Fired.’

During his speech to the 2019 NRA-ILA Leadership Forum in Indianapolis last month, President Trump announced that he would “unsign” the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. He then signed, in front of all in attendance, a formal letter to the Senate requesting that it halt the ratification process and return the treaty to the Oval Office, where President Trump would “dispose” of it. OMG, I can’t wait to see what PDT “fires” next.
