The sight picture on the shorter 317 was sufficiently visible with the front post blackened, but we couldn't see the sights otherwise, which affected the gun's accuracy results.
We thought this lanyard-attach point was fitting. Or you could put the super-light revolver on your key ring. Note the cut in the aluminum back strap to help reduce weight.
