That big muzzle contains four springloaded counterweights for maximum recoil-impulse control.
The Pardini had a most functional rear sight, fully adjustable by coin-slotted screws. We liked the red-dot ADCO so much we didn't try them, but they did give an excellent sight picture.
Seven individual adjustments made the Pardini's trigger work for anybody. Some of the adjustments are internal. We left the trigger alone.
