Removing the bolt required pulling the release lever outward. With the safety in the intermediate position, as shown, the trigger was locked. Supplied rings connected to an integral base.
The brown laminate wood stock was substantial both at the buttplate and in presenting a vertical profile at the grip. The Kimber had more slope to its grip, giving it a sporter feel.
The wide fore end of the KM77VT MKII made it possible to improvise a solid rest such as upon this small field bag. The tapered barrel and laminate wood stock helped reduce total weight. The gap between barrel and stock reached all the way to the action.
