The receiver was topped with a 3/8-inch dovetail cut that required special rings. We chose to mount a Weaver-style adapter instead. This gave us more options and a wider choice of rings.
The CZ barrel was free-floated inside the walnut stock and showed substantial separation at the fore end.
The steel-bodied magazine was rigid and featured a polished steel follower. The basepad was removable for cleaning or spring replacement. One five-round magazine was standard, but a 10-round model and a single-shot adaptor are also available.
