Product Coordination Editor Kevin Winkle found the 5.45mm was very comfortable to shoot, even with the 3.8-inch-long grooved metal buttplate. However, the butt mechanism was very tight.
Both the upper and lower handguards were red plastic, and the pistol grip was a checkered black polymer.
The metal snap ring (arrow) near the barrel end of the muzzle brake seals off the gap between the grenade interior tube and the brake for proper gas pressurization.
