The Glock G36 (left) was much thinner than the G30SF we tested in August 2008. The difference is the G36 single-column magazine and lighter-gauge slide.
This is the Glock Sport Combat holster. Originally purchased for our G30SF, sizing is somewhat generic. Retention is via the trigger guard, and belt-loop size was cut to fit. Nevertheless, it is one of the better holsters for Glock that we have tried. In comparing value, we deducted options (such as the supplied holster) from the cost of the more expensive XDM pistol to see if things would even out.
