After the U.S. House of Representatives recently passed a joint resolution to nullify the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) rule that regulates stabilizing arm braces attached to pistols under the National Firearms Act (NFA), President Joe Biden showed his expansive knowledge of gun mechanics by commenting on what a stabilizing arm brace does to a pistol. He said, “We’ve made it harder for people to buy stabilizer braces. Put a pistol on a brace, and it turns it into a gun. The brace makes it where you can have a higher caliber bullet coming out of that gun.” That is President Biden’s “truth” on guns.
Here’s more of President Biden’s “truth” on guns. In a June 2 Tweet he wrote, “We should repeal the liability shield that often protects gun manufacturers from being sued for the death and destruction caused by their weapons. They’re the only industry in the country that has this kind of immunity. It’s outrageous. It must end.”
Except the bipartisan Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) only protects firearm manufacturers from lawsuits that seek to blame them for the criminal misuse of legal, non-defective and lawfully sold firearms by third parties who are beyond the control of manufacturers. No manufacturer of any product is [currently] liable for the subsequent criminal misuse of a legal, non-defective lawfully sold product.
President Biden repeats still other “truth,” including that the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban reduced the number of mass shootings “significantly.” A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) analysis concluded the impact on criminal misuse of firearms resulting from the 1994 ban would be “too small for reliable measurement.” I don’t believe that “significantly” is the same thing as “too small for reliable measurement.”
Another President Biden “truth,” this one unintentional, is what he’s taught me is the real penalty for lying on a Form 4473. Stupid me, I thought a prospective revolver buyer, for example, swearing on the form’s line 21(g) that he is not an “unlawful” drug user, when he is instead an irredeemable drug fiend, was a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. But the Biden truth is that 21(g) is a rarely-enforced provision that almost nobody goes to jail for!
It’s so ironic, then, that “The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993, ushered into law by then-Sen. Joe Biden, at the time chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, made Form 4473 a key part of background checks for gun purchases mandated by the law,” according to the Washington Post.
Of course, President Biden’s knowledge of guns and the law can only be matched by his memorable use of the language. As he said after a June gun-control speech: “God save the Queen, man.” That’s the truth.

Gramp drove truck in an ammo train in the Argonne Forest, Uncle Doug was wounded in the Battle of The Bulge and had shrapnel coming out of his arm and ear until he died in 1994. I am SO pissed at the people that continue to back the friggin’ lying traitor trump, I could just puke. If you ARE one of them, here’s some, I’m sure unwanted, advice. Wake the hell up, open your eyes and ears, and quit letting a bunch of loud-mouthed, blowhard barroom buddies do your thinking for you. It’s not rocket science. Although, that comment made by the creature in our sacred white house does show stupidity, it is really part of the incremental process the left uses to chip away the rights of honest Americans. This said “creature”, then broadcasts his emotionalism to the “blue” bleeding hearts, knowing that they will echo him, and believe him, since, after all, there has been a “subliminal conditioning” of the American mindset that has been going on for years. For example, a school shooting occurs. The left’s response? Instead of mandatory Capitol Punishment or at least Life Without Parole, their solution is to take guns away from law-abiding Americans who would never commit such an atrocity. The “creature’s” statement → Quote→ “Put a pistol on a brace, and it turns it into a gun. The brace makes it where you can have a higher caliber bullet coming out of that gun.” End Quote. Is just as idiotic as the ignoramus who is unable to comprehend why a single action revolver does not have a “safety lever”. While screaming how unsafe the gun is without a “safety”, all the while, smug in the belief of their own narcissistic knowledge. Due to the high level of ignorance people in this country now have, they believe a lot of “false information” about firearms. Why? Because they’d rather listen to their favorite politician tell them the lies they want to hear, instead of researching the truth for themselves. Thanks to this fact, there’s other titles that now have mistaken definitions, such as “Militia”, and how some idiots think it means the Military. Another idiocy is the “creature” wanting to sue the manufacturer in the false belief that they are liable for firearm homicides. When IN FACT ignoring edged weapons, tools such as screw drivers, car deaths, using gravity to force people to fall to their death, forced drowning, etc. If we are to sue a gun manufacturer, it is only fair to sue every other instrument used to cause a death, and the company’s who sell said instruments. Lets sue “water”, or at least water companies, Home Depot, Lowes, Car companies, pharmaceutical companies, the list goes on… The REAL REASON for Gun Control IS “CONTROL” Never forget our Bill of Rights, the second amendment.
