Gun Tests Inventory for Sale: Kahr CW9 9mm, $500
Gun Tests Magazine, May 2011, Test Gun For Sale: The Kahr CW9, $500, has simple controls, with no external safety. The trigger pull is long, but breaks at only 6.2 pounds, which is lighter than the Solo’s trigger. We found the gun to be very easy to handle in all ways, once the shooter is used to the long trigger pull. The gun did what it was supposed to, with little fanfare and at a reasonable price. We liked the grip shape and feel, and thought it was much more shooter-friendly than the Kimber. Grade: A-. Contact FFL Kevin Winkle for terms at .

FNH-USA FNP-9 USG Flat Dark Earth (FDE) 9mm
This gun performed flawlessly with acceptable accuracy. It was comfortable to fire, with crisp controls, and it comes with three magazines. Two things we did not like: the bulky grip and poor sights. FN missed a chance to provide first-class sights on the new pistol.
