Hello, I am sending this message in regards to a damaged November 2024 issue I just received in today’s mail (Oct. 22, 2024).
The front cover was ripped of some time during its transit to my home.
While understanding that these occasions do happen, I would like to request a follow up copy if possible.
I did contact a service representative via the “1-800”, but was cut off during her trying to assist. The tech’s name was “Iris” and the approximate time was 12:45 p.m. Arizona time.
Your assistance on this matter would be much appreciated.
Floyd Ginn
