Todd last subscription I paid for the magazine. I never received a single issue. No one has contacted me about renewing this time. Not a good way to keep customers.
can’t download current issue
Tried to download August issue 3 times with 2 browsers. What’s up
I just received an email from Gun Tests telling me that it was “time to renew.” I checked my last issue and it states that my membership expires with the JUN 2022 issue.
I would strongly suggest that eithre you don’t send the renewal notice until a few months prior to expiration (to give you time to process) OR indicate on your email the actual expiration date of the membership rather than making me take time to look it up.
