Marlin’s 308MX Beats the New Browning Takedown BLR Gun

Marlin’s new .308 MX cartridge is a great fit for a lever action. The Browning Takedown rifle in .308 is also a good choice, but the Marlin had better accuracy, a better trigger, and cost less.

Lever-action rifles have stood the test of time, being as viable today as they were in the 1860s.
