Some of UN’s Arms Trade Treaty Details Released

However, details of a Composite ‘Working Document’ were released on July 24, which is now fueling speculation (see links below) about what the ATT is likely to do domestically and worldwide. Is ATT a clear and present threat to the 2nd Amendment? Or as international gun-prohibition advocates assert, will the treaty be a solution to worldwide gun violence?
