Hello. I contacted Customer service via email on 8/15/2025, via phone on 8/20/2025, and via email on 11/18/2025 informing that I extended my subscription on 6/18/2025 for 10 issues via VISA payment of $22.00 which cleared my bank on 7/3/2025. The subscription extension was not indicated on Gun Tests’ website. The Gun Tests representative I conversed with on 8/20/2025 assured me that my subscription would be extended through 9/2026 and this would be reflected on the website. This has not occurred, as the website today (1/25/2026) indicates my subscription has expired. I can email verification of my VISA payment on 6/18/2025. My original subscription expired 11/2025, so the 10 issue extension should not expire until 9/2026. Please activate my already paid for subscription through 9/2026!
